Indian Institute of Technology Mandi (HP) invites expression of interest for consultancy services from qualified, experienced, competent consultants for Master Planning, Architectural and Engineering Consultancy Services for the main campus of Indian Institute of Technology Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. The total area of the campus is about 550 acres.
Interested consultants may submit Expression of Interest (EOI) documents on or before 4 PM September 15, 2010 .

On behalf of the Board of Governors, sealed tenders are invited by the Coordinator, IIT Mandi Cell for purchase of following equipment for use in laboratories for educational purpose, from the manufacturers and authorized dealers/suppliers only:
(1) Electrical Science Lab., (2) Electrical Measurement and Measuring Instruments Lab, (3) Digital Electronics Lab, and (4) Power Electronics Lab. Details of tender Documents may be obtained from the office of Coordinator, IIT Mandi Cell, IIT Roorkee (Old Central Library Building), Roorkee-247667 on all working days (Monday to Friday) between 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. The last date for submitting the tender is April 5, 2010 up to 1.00 P.M. The tender be submitted in the IIT Mandi Cell office only, if brought personally. The tender will be opened on April 5, 2010 at 3.00 P.M. in the Committee Room of the IIT Mandi Cell. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) @ 2% of quoted price shall be payable for item/equipment whose cost is above Rs. 5 lacs.
The Institute reserves the right to reject the tender wholly/partly without assigning any reasons.

Quotations are invited for purchase of item(s) as shown on reverse and/or as per list attached. The last date and time of receipt of quotations is 15.04.2010..at 5.00 PM
Quotation will be opened on 16.04.2010 at 3:00 PM in IIT Mandi Cell.
Representatives of the firms(s) may be present at the time of opening the quotations if they so desire. The quotations should bear full details and where possible, be duly supported with catalogues, pamphlets, literature, samples of the item/items as the case may be for comparing the quality and rates of the item(s).
